MEMBER EXPERIENCE PARTNER


Unity Credit Union is seeking a dedicated and skilled Member Experience Partner to join our team. This is a permanent, on-site, full-time position (37.5 hours per week) that requires specialized expertise in maintaining high standards of member service excellence, quality, and accuracy. Position Description: The Member Experience Partner plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional member service. Reporting to the Manager of Member Experience, you will: 

    • Listen to and recognize member needs, making product or service recommendations in their best interest.
    • Manage and administer various accounts, including new membership openings, closures, estate accounts, wires, and lawyer's trust accounts.
    • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of applicable credit union policies, products, services, and government legislation, particularly as it pertains to estates, account opening, closure, and maintenance.
    • Actively refer business opportunities to appropriate operational areas, including referrals for members with complex financial planning needs to the Certified Financial Planner, lending needs to the lending department, and investing to the Investment Specialists.
    • Promoting Unity Credit Union and maintaining active involvement in the community.


Compensation: Unity Credit Union offers a competitive total rewards package. Salary will depend on qualifications and experience. Benefits include a matched pension plan; group benefits (health, dental, life, disability and critical illness insurance), and paid community involvement.


Qualifications: The successful candidate will have completed Grade 12 plus one to three years or proven exceptional service experience. Credit Union or other financial institution experience is strongly preferred.
